Sizes Thickness 1-3/4, 2, 2-1/2, 3 Widths 3, 3-1/2, 4, 5 Grades Export Grade - Vertical grain of at least 45 degrees with tight grain - a minimum of 8 rings to the inch. Practically clear on both faces and both edges. On one edge and face knots are allowed only on a strip of 1" adjacent to 1 corner. The blanks are kiln dried slowly to 12% - 14% moisture content to prevent any checking or stress damage. #2 Grade - Practically clear on 1 face and 1 edge. This product will have one of the following defects - greater heart content, scattered knots, slight stain, or a flat grain structure.
